If you are an experienced Café operator, here is your opportunity to submit an expression of interest to Lease the Kiosk at The Hub, a new facility currently under construction adjacent to the grandstands at the C.ex Coffs International Stadium, Coffs Harbour. Operators will serve spectators, players and staff with coffee, tea, drinks, ice cream and light food etc. using locally produced supplies where possible on event and "bump-in" days as a minimum service.

* The Kiosk is approximately 20m2 - 8m2 of kitchen/preparation space and 12 m2 of servery area with substantial covered area with 8 tables (800mm round) and 32 chairs plus 6 stools.
* Kiosk fitted out with stainless steel benches, sinks, hand basin, dishwasher, microwave & commercial fridges.
* Lessee to supply espresso machine/s, coffee grinder, cash register, milk fridge, chattels etc.
* Lease term offered - Three years plus three year option.
