PEXA, short for Property Exchange Australia, streamlines the process of lodgement and settlement. It enables lodgement of documents and completion of financial settlements electronically.

e-Conveyancing is currently live in five states across Australia. PEXA’s network includes lawyers, conveyancers, financial institutions, Land Registries and the Reserve Bank of Australia (RBA), in addition to industry bodies and sponsors.
